Great Danes

Great Danes are considered a gentle, giant breed and originated from Germany. Their average life span is 8-10 years and can range in weight from 100-200lbs on average.  They are large, very loyal, affectionate and low energy with short hair. Elise has always loved the breed and was able to foster a Dane for a friend when we were first married and it sparked the love for Great Danes.

Sophie is our blue Great Dane female. She is very sweet and submissive and wants to be everyone's lap dog. She also makes a great guardian dog and keeps our house safe. She is more American in style which we love because she isn't slobbery. Yay to clean walls/ceilings :)
